What is 'project management'?
Project management is the process in achieving a specific objective by using methods, skills, knowledge and knowledge. It has final deliverables that are constrained to a finite timescale and budget. The difference between just management and project management is that it has a certain timespan, unlike management which is an ongoing process.
Waterfall:
Waterfall management is a linear process of project management. It consists of multiple phases.
The first phase is 'requirement gathering and documentation' :
In this phase, you would gather information about what your project requires. This information can be gathered in different kind of ways, from primary research such as interviews, questionaires and brainstorming ideas, to secondary research such as websites.
Angile project management is an interative approach to delivering a project throughout its life cycle.
