Why I'm making Production Schedules
I have decided to create my own production schedule because it will keep me focused on my work and help me keep as efficient as possible. This is important because it creates a well-organised process for production. This also refers back to the assessment criteria, AC4: Professional practice because I'm showing an understanding of professional approaches to manage and produce my projects. I will be making a weekly production plan and a single project management plan which will span across the entire project.
